Real estate, for me, is about more than buying or selling homes. It's about serving people with integrity, care, and genuine support during some of the biggest moments of their lives.

My path here started in education, in Boston, where I spent years working with families and serving in various leadership roles. After marrying my wife, Minerva, we moved to North Carolina to raise our children, Hailey and Julian, and be closer to family. That move opened the door to my true calling, real estate. I discovered how much I love guiding families through life-changing decisions and helping them reach the goal of homeownership.

Today I lead Xcala Realty, brokered by eXp Realty, with ten years of experience serving the Durham, NC community and the wider Triangle market. I bring strong negotiation skills, deep local knowledge, and a people-first approach to every client. As a Certified New Agent Mentor, I also train and support new agents coming up in the business.

Being fully bilingual means I get to do something I'm proud of every day, make sure families in our Hispanic community feel understood, informed, and confidently represented, whether that's a first-time homebuyer, someone working through complex paperwork, or a client in the middle of tough negotiations.

Outside of real estate, I'm active in my church community, where I support families and volunteer locally. I also make time for fitness and, most of all, my own family.
